EXCHANGE POLICY:

We do not offer exchanges or returns based on personal preference, as all outfits are made to order for our valued customers.

An exchange is only applicable in the rare case that a defective or incorrect item is delivered. In such cases, the item must be unused and undamaged.

Made-to-order, bespoke clothing, and unstitched fabric are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation unless a defect is present.

RETURN POLICY:

All orders are final and non-refundable. Exchanges are only accepted in case an incorrect item has been delivered and are subject to product and size availability. Any exchange or return requests must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

REFUND POLICY:

All sales are final. No monetary refunds are offered; however, exchanges are allowed for products of equal or higher value, subject to availability. Formal and bridal orders are strictly non-refundable in case of non-payment. Customers are given a 7-day notice period to clear pending payments. Advance payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.
